Heat Sink PCB Mounting
The standard profiles for PCB level mounting are characterised by their versatility, so that a suitable profile can be found for all common semiconductor housing types, such as TO-220, TO-218, TO-247, TO-3P and many more. Our range is divided into the various mounting methods: screwing, soldering, plugging, gluing and clamping. Suitable mounting clips can be found in the respective data sheet and in the chapter Mounting > Mounting > Clips. Many of the heat sinks can be attached directly to the PCB using solder pins. Over 130 other heat sinks for PCB level semiconductor mounting can be found under Heat sink PCB mounting.Width [mm]: | 20.0 | |
