The cooling units in the PK series are characterised by high heat dissipation. The pre-milled surface (RZ max. 10 μm) is ready for installation and customised lengths and machining are available on request. If natural convection is no longer sufficient for cooling temperature-sensitive electronic components, assemblies consisting of a conventional heat sink and a perfectly adapted fan are generally used.
