Activator as 10ml brush bottle! The components are not mixed. It is sufficient to apply a small amount of the adhesive on one of the surfaces to be bonded and brush the activator onto the other surface. Joining is done by pressing. Correction is possible within 15-30 seconds. The bond is hand-tight at at room temperature after 5 minutes and hardens completely within 24 hours. Max. WK800-A One 10ml bottle (equivalent to 10 cm3) is sufficient for approx. 2000 bondings. 1 bottle of activator (10ml) is sufficient for approx. 5 tubes of dissipator (4ml each). The yield of the activator is therefore at least 2 times higher than that of the adhesive itself. As soon as 0.2mm rather than 0.1mm is applied, the quantity is halved accordingly.
