Activator as 10ml brush bottle! The components are not mixed. It is sufficient to apply a small amount of the adhesive (WK800-D-4ml or WK800-D-25ml) on one of the surfaces to be bonded and brush the activator onto the other surface. Joining is done by pressing. Correction is possible within 15-30 seconds. The bond is hand-tight at at room temperature after 5 minutes and hardens completely within 24 hours. Max. WK800-A One 10ml bottle (equivalent to 10 cm3) is sufficient for approx. 2000 bondings. 1 bottle of activator (10ml) is sufficient for approx. 5 tubes of dissipator (4ml each). The yield of the activator is therefore at least 2 times higher than that of the adhesive itself. As soon as 0.2mm rather than 0.1mm is applied, the quantity is halved accordingly.
