Activator in a 10 ml brush bottle! The components are not mixed. Simply apply a small amount of adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bonded and coat the other surface with the activator. Press the surfaces together to bond them. Corrections can be made within 15-30 seconds. The bond is hand-tight at room temperature after 5 minutes and cures completely within 24 hours. WK800-A One 10 ml bottle (equivalent to 10 cm3) is sufficient for approx. 2000 bonds. One bottle of activator (10 ml) is sufficient for approx. 5 tubes of Dissipator, each containing 4 ml. The yield of the activator is therefore at least twice that of the adhesive itself. If 0.2 mm is applied instead of 0.1 mm, the quantity is halved accordingly.
