The PK327 - a real powerhouse

200mm wide - 84mm high - variable length

The PK327 joins the ranks of the fan units that have been successful for years as a combination of heat sink and fan. Unlike conventional active coolers, the heat sink does not consist of fins or hollow fins, but of a PR327 comb profile with a fin cross-section optimised for forced cooling, the "corrugated fin".

To ensure that the air moves between the fins as required, even with longer dimensions, to ensure maximum heat absorption, the cooling system is sealed at the top with a matching aluminium plate. SEPA's axial fans, which are matched to the profile and fitted with protective grilles, conduct the heat quietly and efficiently away from the heat-sensitive electronics and into the environment.

Three standard lengths (100mm, 200mm, 300mm) and two fan voltages (24V DC, 230V~ AC) are available at short notice. The base is face-milled, which means that the unit can be used immediately with optimum heat transfer. Thanks to all these measures, this cooling system can dissipate a power loss of up to 1350 W to the environment with a minimum thermal resistance of 0.06 K/W, depending on the dimensions and ambient conditions.

Of course, the standard PR327 profile is also available.

ALUTRONIC is known for its individual and customised solutions, so that it is also possible to make adjustments to the fan and its assembly, mechanical processing and surface treatment; the heat sink expert only needs complete CAD data for this.
