Corona Pandemic: How Alutronic copes with it

We like to shortly lay out how we cope with  the current challenges and how we remain stable in these turbulent times:

• Since last week, we split our production in to several units which will work independent from each other until further notice

• Only goods and material is exchanged between the production facilities. Our production facilities are further split into individual section for which only dedicated employees have access.

• Showers and sanitary facilities are closed. Rest rooms are disinfected daily

• We  have sufficient supply of disinfection fluids and sanitary gloves

• All work places in production, sales and administration have back-ups. Process owners work separately from their potential substitute colleagues

• Our modernized IT infrastructure enables key office staff to work from home

• We happen to have 3 active managing directors. Decision-making and leadership is ensured

• We have stopped all visits until further notice

• Employees with pre-existing health conditions work from home or are being sent for paid leave

• We are a great team and we will stand steady for our customers
