Alutronic delivers its own brand for heat conductive pastes!

Thanks to our own filling process from bulk containers, Alutronic can offer high end thermal compound for competitive prices, starting at low order volumes.

 

Alutronic delivers its heat conductive paste in two versions: Containing silicon or silicon-free.

You can chose from the container that best fits your application, e.g. 10g,20g,50g,100g injection; 250g,500g capsule; 500g cartridge.

 

Thermal parameters for the silicon containing paste PA700: Heat conductivity 0,8 W/mK;  operating temperature -40°C bis 180°C; heat resistant up to 200°C.

Thermal parameters for the silicon free paste PA701 (synthetic ester oil (base oil) + powderised metal oxide/ Montmorillonite ( Thickener )): Heat conductivity 0,7 W/mK; operating temperature -40°C bis 150°C; heat resistant up to 200°C.
