Renewal of the anodizing plant

On time for beginning of the year we have renewed with Alutronic our anodizing plant extensively. The arrangement is a rack machine with 37 stations, which functions as a fully automatic loads-arrangement of treatment. With this arrangement, we improve the surface of chill bodies of every construction form. It is available as stations four anodize-and coloursband, three loadstations, two removestations, stains, dryers and compressors. The remaining stations are a ten gramms pier and passivatestations and 16 rinsings. With it we drive when required at the same time up to four loads anodize.

 

 

Not only technical parts of the arrangement (cranes, sensors, switch cupboards, parts of the besideaggregate and lines) were renewed. Also the control and the data bank were brought on the newest state. This allows an adaptable control of all process steps to the surface treatment of chill bodies. With it we guarantee a freely programmable sequence control.

 

In detail we offer the following achievements for our customers:

 

• Technical Anodising (procedure GS).
• Natural colours, black and blue (anodize).
• chromating (passivating).
• Pickle.
• Degreasing of aluminium surfaces.

 

 

An aim of the rebuilding was to allow more complicated expiries for special construction forms of chill bodies. Therefore, it was respected with the concept of the arrangement particularly to an improved logistics of the process expiries. Condition was the entire renewal of the process sensors of the anodizing plant. This allows, for example, beside optimised distances mixed process results. With it we reach a raised stability of the process expiries linkedly with automated protocols. This guarantees, in addition, a universal documentation of the expiries in the production. At the same time we have developed the permanent lab supervision and own supervision of the chemical parametres and ingredients of the baths and therefore the chemical process stability wide improved.
